Behind The Go-To Creative Agency, is Nash whose 15+ years of experience in apparel design development & manufacturing shape the agency’s hands-on, strategic approach. Nash has worked across every stage of the apparel lifecycle—from sketch to product. Before launching the agency full time, she served as Director of Product Development and Merchandising at Laurie Felt Los Angeles, where she led a cross-functional team and helped grow the brand’s retail sales from $19 million to $26 million in just one year. Her career spans work with renowned labels like Vince, J Brand, and Baldwin, as well as consulting for newer brands across categories. Nash is deeply passionate about building thoughtful, high-performing collections, and her strength lies in blending creative vision with strategic execution. Today, she brings that same passion and experience to her clients, guiding them through sourcing, development, and production.
